Nearly 15 Years in Real Estate. Six Years with Compass. Still Growing.

This month marks two milestones that I'm incredibly grateful for: nearly 15 years in real estate and 6 years with Compass.

Looking back at these photos from 2020 takes me right back to the beginning of the pandemic. It was a time filled with uncertainty, both personally and professionally. Yet, during that moment, I made one of the most important decisions of my career by joining Compass.

Why Compass?

Because I believed the future of real estate would belong to professionals who embraced innovation. I wanted access to the best technology, marketing, data, and tools available so I could deliver an even higher level of service to my clients.

Six years later, I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I've made. It has also been exciting to watch Compass grow into the #1 real estate brokerage in the United States while continuing to invest in innovation that benefits both agents and the clients they serve.

Over nearly fifteen years in real estate, I've been fortunate to guide buyers, sellers, and investors through every type of market. We've experienced historic appreciation, record-low mortgage rates, competitive bidding wars, rising interest rates, and today's more balanced market. Each cycle has reinforced an important lesson: markets will always change, but honest advice, thoughtful strategy, and strong advocacy never go out of style.

Most importantly, I want to thank every client, friend, and referral partner who has trusted me over the years. Whether you bought your first home, sold a longtime family property, invested in real estate, or simply referred someone my way, you've been part of this journey. I truly wouldn't be here without your trust and support.

One promise I've made to myself is to never become complacent. Experience is valuable, but learning must continue. That's why this summer I'm dedicating six weeks to advanced coaching, negotiation, strategy, and technology. My goal is simple: to continue becoming a better advisor so I can help my clients make smarter decisions and achieve the best possible outcomes.
